      RiceLncPedia is a curated knowledgebase of rice lncRNAs that identified from over 2000 publically available RNA-Seq libraries. Multi-omics data for the included lncRNAs were annotated and integrated into the database. The current version of RiceLncPedia houses 6925 rice lncRNAs. The expression profile across 2312 RNA-Seq libraries were provided. Additionally, genome variation, lncRNA-miRNA interaction, the precursors of miRNAs, transposable elements (TE) related lncRNAs and the association of lncRNAs with agricultural traits were integrated. The database provided users to download, search and browse all the lncRNAs information friendly.
